We hope you cherish your Clio Peppiatt piece; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with all original tags and packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that bespoke orders and delicate hand-embellished items must be handled with the utmost care to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original branded box and protective packaging, ensuring all security tags remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 10 business days of arrival.
